Catherine T.
Studio Guide, Yoga Guide.
There was life before yoga teaching and life after, a definitive line in the sand representing what yoga stands for Cat.
Prior to living a heart led career she was immersed in the corporate world of sales and marketing, creating the felt experience and connection for commercial brands and now brings these skills and experience to the yoga mat, creating an embodied sensory experience on and off the mat.
Cat’s journey of self discovery and path of surrendering to truth led her to complete a Vinyasa Yoga training in 2018 with @yokeyoga, Yin Yoga training with traditional Chinese medicine @drkarinasmith and went on to become assistant to anatomy thought leader and yoga teacher Amelia Schrader @axisyoga_.
Cat lives her life with an open heart, thrives on deep connections & is always looking for the next soul-enriching adventure. She is an advocate for yoga’s wisdom and endeavours to inspire others by planting seeds of self inquiry to open hearts and minds to experience their lives with freedom, boundless self expression and meaningful connections.

Sarah K.
Yoga Teacher.
Sarah fell in love with yoga 22 years ago when, after the birth of her second child, she stumbled across a yoga class. The asana postures and focus on the breath opened up new ways of staying calm and focused as a Mother of young children!
A dedicated yogi from that moment, she went on to train as a yoga teacher. Growing as a teacher over the last ten years, Sarah has developed an approach that gives students the opportunity to find within themselves kindness, curiosity and a centred heart.

Paul C.
Yoga Teacher.
I began my Yoga journey around 15 years ago. I attended classes at my gym and began to assist me with my sporting injuries and everyday aches and pains. For many years I dabbled with yoga and only focused on the physical Asana practice. Not truly understanding the benefits of breath and meditation till much later on.
Hatha trained teacher with years of Vinyasa and Yin practice also. I can now attribute this to a healthier physical body, a calmer mind, relief from inner conflict and an approach to life with childlike enthusiasm.
My classes can be fun, challenging, restorative but always approached with kindness and consideration.
